Read WFS capabilities from the GetCapabilities XML.

Each feature type is returned as a queryable source layer. Feature types without a supported CRS or a WGS84 extent get WGS84 defaults.

Parameters:

xml – GetCapabilities XML.

Returns:

The parsed capabilities.
